The dissertation is dedicated to improvement the efficiency of the prevention of complications of professional oral hygiene by studying the changes of dental hard tissues and the development of rehabilitation measures for targeted correction of identified violations. There were established the complications from the tooth hard tissues and restorative materials based on clinical and laboratory research, depending on the method of professional oral hygiene and there was developed a new system of rehabilitation in a complex professional oral hygiene. The method of professional oral hygiene has been studied and improved. It showed high clinical efficacy, which is improvement of the hygienic status of patients, reducing the degree of gingivitis, increased resistance of enamel
