Essay

The thesis proposed a comprehensive solution to the problem of tax regulation of the industrial sector of the economy of Ukraine. Scientific analysis essentially taxes the principles of taxation, a tax and fiscal policy in the transformation of the economy showed that the tax system has a significant regulatory capacity. Reasoned position that tax regulation mechanism for industrial restructuring and its dynamic development is critical to use principles of equal rights, economic rationality, scientific approach, intended use and transparency, the cumulative, competence, legitimacy.
