Mykhailova N. Organizational and methodical ensuring corporate control of coal-mining enterprises

The object of research is a corporate control processes at coal mines in the modern conditions of development of Ukraine. The purpose of research is a formation of theoretical and methodological foundations of organizational support and develop practical recommendations to improve corporate control in coal mines. Research methods are systematic approach , historical and economic approach , the normative method, financial ratios, the method of " the sum of places ", correlation analysis, the axiomatic method, the expert method, analytic hierarchy process, rating assessment. Practical significance of the results is to develop the scientific and methodological recommendations for improving organizational methods of corporate control in the coal mines. Scientific novelty of the research is to increase organizational methods of corporate control in the coal mines on the basis of the provisions of the development of conceptual system of corporate control in coal mines with the specific characteristics of their functioning. Conceptual positions of corporate control in coal mines first formed. Organizational-economic mechanism of corporate control, methodical approaches to the evaluation of the impact of corporate control in coal mines using the method of hierarchies improved. Categorical apparatus of the theory of corporate control, theoretical- methodological and organizational approaches to the formation of corporate control in coal mines, organizational approach to the Audit Commission were got further development.
