Solntseva K. Administrative Jurisdiction of the Education Authorities of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to ascertaining the essence of the administrative jurisdiction of the education authorities of Ukraine. It has determined the need to specify the guarantees of human and civil rights to education in Ukraine, to clarify the peculiarities of legal regulation of administrative jurisdiction of education authorities, to control educational activities, to consider the problem issues of administrative and legal status and system of education authorities of Ukraine, to define the powers of both state education authorities and local ones. In the thesis the essence of organizational and legal ensuring of realization of the administrative jurisdiction by the education authorities of Ukraine is ascertained.
