Frolkov M. Administrative and Legal Framework for Consumer Protection in Current Conditions

The thesis is devoted to the current state of administrative and legal protection of consumer rights, identifying the main directions of improving relevant institutions in this area and study amendments to existing legislation to protect these rights. The real state of public relations in the sphere of consumer protection in Ukraine is investigated. The concepts of "administrative and legal means to protect consumer rights" and "mechanism to ensure consumer protection" are defined. Analysis of legislation in the area of consumer protection, investigated the current state of implementation of international instruments in the field of consumer protection in the legal system of Ukraine.
