Savon T. Peculiarities of the Procedures in the Administrative Judiciary of Ukraine in the Absence of the Parties of Procedures and Third Parties

This thesis is devoted to defining the essence and peculiarities of procedures implementation within the administrative judiciary of Ukraine in the absence of the parties of procedures and third parties. Formation and development of the institution of procedures in the administrative judiciary in the absence of the parties of procedures and third parties are characterized. The concept and essence of the procedures in the administrative judiciary in the absence of the parties of procedures and third parties are determined. Legal status of the parties and third parties in the administrative judiciary are established. International experience of the procedures in the administrative judiciary in the absence of the parties of procedures and third parties were examined.
