Sainchyn S. Pre-trial investigation of child intentional killing: the organization and tactics

The dissertation is a monographic research and is a comprehensive scientific study of children under the age of 14 years murders investigation problems. The work contains a number of theoretical positions and practical recommendations that are formulated and based on the mechanism of the crime investigation practice and have elements of scientific novelty. The actuality of research title is determined by the need of further development and the formation of new approaches to tactical operations, such as: crime scene inspection, interrogation, search, organization and planning of criminal proceedings investigation, version extension, the expertise appointment.
