Object of research: the strategic management of innovation in enterprises of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine; objective: to further develop theoretical concepts and methodological provision of strategic innovation management in pharmaceutical companies and develop practical recommendations for their implementation in the context of the formation of a sustainable competitive advantage of domestic enterprises in the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine; methods and techniques: analysis and synthesis, logic synthesis, systematic approach, statistical and economic methods of portfolio analysis methodology SAST, the analysis method of multi- hierarchy T. Saaty, method TOPSIS; theoretical and practical results: evaluation of innovative methodological tools attractiveness strategic areas of management of pharmaceutical companies using the methods of analytical hierarchy methodology SAST, unlike the existing based on the criteria of evaluation of innovation attractiveness SZEM pharmaceutical companies; procedure for portfolio analysis business units of the pharmaceutical companies, whose difference from existing methods is zastuvanni TOPSIS to build axes assessment matrix appeal SDB pharmaceutical companies; methodological provisions for assessment of priority segments of the pharmaceutical market in the derivation of innovative drugs for him in the context of identifying the competitive advantages of high and low order, unlike existing methodological tools combine quantitative and qualitative evaluation and increase the validity of administrative decisions; theoretical principles of strategic innovation management in determining the characteristics of the innovation process in the pharmaceutical enterprises in the transition from the budget to the insurance model of medicine delineation of stages of strategic innovation management at the pharmaceutical company, depending on the decision to produce innovative and generic drugs and creating competitive advantages of high or low order unlike current trends into account domestic pharmaceutical market, demographic dynamics, scientific and technical factors; systematization of concepts of strategic management, a feature of which is the account of the evolution of commodity forms and prioritizing innovative development company as an object of strategic management at the micro level; degree of implementation: development implemented in practice Subcommittee on state budget revenues of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on budget, DU "Ukrmetrteststandard" Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, PJSC "Farmak" SE "Apofarm" as LLC; Scope: strategic management of innovation in enterprises of the pharmaceutical industry.
