Essay

The object of study - the process of investment activity in Ukraine state regulation. The aim - to develop scientific and methodological approaches and theoretical and practical recommendations for the development of state regulation of investment process in Ukraine, given the national economy development current stage and with a focus on sustainable economic growth. Research methods - systematic and integrated approach; logical- inductive method; observational; forecasting; praksymetrical; index methods and techniques of time series; SWOT- analysis method; methods of economic- mathematical modeling and canonical correlations; estimations expert method. The practical significance of the results is developed in the thesis methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the development and implementation of state regulation of investment processes to the level of specific proposals whose implementation will increase investment activity regions, the technological renovation of existing production, increase the the national economy competitiveness. Scientific novelty of the results is the scientific substantiation of investment process in Ukraine state regulation theoretical positions, based on the methodology of systematic and integrated approach and to promote economic growth. Improved integrated approach to the development of investment processes state regulation; methodical approach to the selection of priority investment projects; methodical approach to the regulation of investment flows in Ukraine regional distribution. We got further investments classification; system of State influence on the investment process in Ukraine; systematic approach to assessing the impact factor of the investment environment in the investment process; methodological approaches to improving public-private partnership.
