Koval O. The individual's right to justify criminal proceedings in Ukraine.

The scientific views on the institute of justification and its correlation with the institute of rehabilitation have been analyzed. The definitions for "justification", "right of justification", "acquittal", "grounds for justification", "right of rehabilitation", "rehabilitation" have been given, their features and meaning have been characterized. The research of the development and establishment of justification as a legal phenomenon has been performed. The author has also made a complex investigation of its legal regulation, identified the main problems of guaranteeing the individual rights to justification in practice and has given the proposals to improve the CPC of Ukraine. The author suggests wide approach to the justification.
