Shvets O. The Sense of Responsibility in the Human Activities: Philosophical and Legal Dimension

The dissertation deals with the philosophical and legal understanding of the nature of the sense of responsibility in the human activities as the premise of a lawful behavior, fulfillment of duties, as well as protection and defense of rights and freedoms of members of public relations. The teaching about the nature of the sense of responsibility in the human activities in the context of legal knowledge is generalized; the philosophical and legal characteristic of the sense of responsibility in the human activities in the context of legal liability is given; suggestions for education and realization of the outlined sense are elaborated.
