The dissertation is dedicated to reduce the dynamic loads and to ensure the dynamic stability of the mast constructions of the lifting devices during the nonstationary processes in the drive systems which is achieved respectively by the rational selection of constructive and operational parameters of the drive system and the regulation of stiffness characteristics of the mast with a view to separate its natural frequencies from its dynamic load frequencies. For this the mathematical models of nonstationary processes in the drive system and of free and forced vibrations of the mast of the lifting device were built in the paper.
