The object of research is a business processes functioning vertically integrated corporate structures of the fuel and energy sector. The purpose of research is a development of scientific and methodological approaches and practical recommendations on a system to diagnose threats of enterprises vertically integrated corporate structure of the energy industry in the face of uncertainty. Research methods are decomposition, structuring, comparative analysis, morphological analysis, abstract logical analysis, system analysis, neural network modeling. Practical significance of the results is that the proposed diagnostic system allows you to adjust the threats and coordinate financial condition as at the enterprise level as part of the corporate structure, and the level of integrated corporate structure as a whole. Scientific novelty of the research lies in the scientific basis of theoretical propositions to improve the methods and tools for diagnosis threats of enterprises vertically integrated corporate structures. Methodical approach to the diagnosis of threats of enterprises vertically integrated corporate structure of the energy industry first formed. Structure of the system of economic security, scientific approach to the construction of structural logic model of the enterprise threats diagnosis, diagnostic tools threats enterprises vertically integrated corporate structure of the energy industry improved. Conceptual and categorical apparatus diagnostic procedures economic activity of industrial enterprises: the "threat", "hazard" and "risk", a methodical approach to the formation of a system of indicators diagnosis threats were got further development.
