Huryk A. Content of pension legal relationships of civil servants.

In thesis there is a complex investigation of essence and specific of content of pension legal relationships of civil servants, its structure, legal adjusting, procedure, features and guarantees of realization of right on a pension by the civil servant in modern terms. Scientific definitions and identity of pension legal relationships of civil servants are determined, the methods of determination of content of these legal relationships are analyzed, forms and mechanism of realization of rights and duties of subjects of the investigated legal relationships are investigated. The special attention is spared to the analysis of legislative base that regulates the pension providing of civil servants. Guarantees of providing of right on a pension in the field of government service are described in detail, the modern state of their implementation is studied, and there are propositions of measures to improve the system of state guarantees. In thesis there is necessity ground of reformation of institutional, organizational and legal bases of pension legal relationships of civil servants. There are formulation of propositions and recommendations to perfect the system of the special and general pension system in Ukraine.
