The thesis presents a comprehensive and systematic study of the effect of information provided by the media to commit misconduct by the children. The features of the child as an object of influence information provided media are determined. The public policy objectives in developing and presenting information media as a fundamental means of influencing the behaviour of the recipient-child are given.
