The dissertation deals with the study of the essence of goal oriented approach as a way of the increase investment projects management efficiency of industrial enterprises'. The research discusses the theoretical basis and genesis of goal oriented management, defines the place of goal oriented approach in the management system of investment projects in industrial enterprises, and discloses its basic principles and patterns. Based on the synthesis of the investigated provisions the specified definition of goal oriented management of investment projects is proposed. Based on the conducted research and study of the basic principles of goal oriented approach, the system of goal oriented management of investment projects is developed. The structure and the main characteristics of the domestic beer market are investigated; the analytical estimation of the dynamics of production, beer export and import is conducted; the main directions of investment activity of the investigated market are defined; the organizational structures of investment projects management are analyzed; theoretical and practical recommendations for the implementation of program-target management of investment projects in industrial enterprises of Ukraine are developed; the system of controlling of investment projects is proposed; the organizational structure of the management of investment projects in industrial enterprises is developed.
