The thesis is devoted to developing, methodological and practical principles of forming management system of production infrastructure for companies of oil and gas companies. In the thesis approaches to organization of production infrastructure of industrial enterprise are researched and systematized, scientific and methodical provisions of organization system repair service in the production infrastructure of companies of oil and gas companies are formulated. The model of management the remedial maintenance for oil and gas producing industries is calculated. The methodical approach to forming the main procedures of working information technical maintenance and repair system of technical maintenance and repair is offered. The model of organization repair services for the oil and gas producing industries was improved.
