Essay

Dissertation is devoted the modernization of vibration control systems on board aircraft gas turbine engines (GTE) for the detection of initial damage rotor elements, ensuring the preemergencies warnings and ensuring operational reliability GTE on stationary and non-stationary operating modes. The synthesis of multi-level vibration control system, substantiated principles of control and diagnostic system levels on stationary and non-stationary operating modes. For the operation of these modes designed stationary narrowband digital filter and digital tracking filter with infinite impulse response. Proved and developed an information model, which has three levels of operation: modernized level of control and detection unacceptable values of vibration of rotor GTE; diagnostic level to determine of damage impeller blades based on a two-level processing broadband vibration; diagnostic level to determine damage of the shaft, rotating with acceleration. To confirm the physical possibility of implementing a multi-level vibration control system, created model sample of the two-level system, developed applied and technological software. Keywords: gas turbine engine, vibration control system, damage of the blades, crack shaft, improving safety.
