Kudryavtsev V. Organizational and economic model of the government regulation of investment safety of motor transport of Ukraine

The object of research: the processes of improving the system of state regulation to ensure the investment performance of road transport in terms of economic transformation. Objective: development of theory and methodological support of state regulation and evaluation of investment security of road transport and the development of practical recommendations to improve its level. Methods: theoretical synthesis, analysis and synthesis, a systematic and comprehensive approach, statistical and graphic, abstract and logical. Practical significance is that the proposed development will make methodological basis of effective management of the investment security of the transport industry, helping to improve the validity of management decisions. Scientific novelty. Improved methodical approach to integrated assessment of the level of investment security of the transport industry, which allows us to classify the state of objects and assign them to one of crisis zones, promotes sound management decisions in the process of public investment policy. Proposed organizational-economic mechanism of state regulation of investment security, based on a systematic approach and includes a set of interrelated and interdependent elements and areas of public policy regulation of investment security. The results of the thesis used in operation of LLC "ATP 2001", JSC "Bread fleet", and also in the educational process of Kharkiv national automobile and road University.
