3. There is given the organizational and legal description of diplomatic service in this thesis. In our work we have analyzed the administrative law principles and peculiarities of legal regulation of the diplomatic service passage. We have revealed the concept and content the legal status of diplomatic personnel. Made the analysis administrative law principles and peculiarities of legal regulation for the diplomatic service passage. Revealed the concept and content the legal status of diplomatic personnel. Identified key elements of legal status the diplomatic staff which implementation means the passage of the diplomatic service, their classification and detailed characteristics. The author suggested definition passing diplomatic service. In the thesis, the author also revealed the concept and content of state guarantees of implementation of legal status the diplomatic staff, their classification is offered and given detailed characteristics, justified the role and importance of effective implementation of government guarantees.
