Nalivaiko E. Procedural Activity of Investigator Search for Suspect Whose Location is Unknown

The thesis is a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical problems of the investigator procedural activity of search for suspect whose location is unknown. The question of legal thought concerning search for the person who avoids investigation have been covered. Based on the wide range of researchers views, an own vision of the procedural status of the suspect whose location is unknown has been suggested. Taking into account the practice of European Court of Human Rights and positive experience of foreign countries, prospects for further investigator's development in searching the location and extradition of the suspect who is hiding out of Ukraine are considered in the thesis.
