Tur O. Ensuring the effectiveness of enterprise using anti-crisis management measures

The thesis is devoted to the development of perspective directions and mechanisms of ensuring the effectiveness of an enterprise using anti-crisis management measures. This work studies the theoretical and methodological basis for providing the effectiveness of the economic activities by anti-crisis management measures. In this work the content of the category of "efficiency" is discovered, the concept and economic essence of anti-crisis management, its place, role and importance in improving efficiency of enterprises are defined. Efficiency of the production of mineral waters in the present conditions is analyzed. The dynamics of techno-economic, financial and economic exponents and the main trends in activities of enterprises extracting, bottling and selling mineral waters are investigated. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the economic activities of such companies on the basis of the elements of the regression analysis and Altman function is made. The mechanisms of improving the system of anti-crisis management and increasing the efficiency of enterprises for the production of mineral waters, involving the use of strategic management and budgeting tools, as well as diversification of investment measures to improve the efficiency of enterprises by issuing bonds are offered.
