Essay

Found that the problems of legal regulation of the use of technology in the fight against crime long remained neglected science of criminal procedural law. Appropriate studies performed primarily in terms of forensic science. Therefore, analysis of issues outlined in the science section of the criminal procedure law enabled the development of proposals to improve the regulatory framework governing the relations associated with the use of means in the investigation of crimes, and as a result, increase the efficiency of such means in practice law enforcement.
