A research object is a process of development of recreational-health complex of national economy. The article of research is theoretical and practical bases of forming of the socio-economic programs of development of recreational-health complex and mechanism of their realization. A research aim is perfection of theoretical systematic bases of forming of the government socio-economic programs of development of recreational-health complex of Ukraine. Research methods: economic and mathematical, economic analysis, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis system-structural, gourmets, comparisons, graphic. The scientific novelty of work consists of perfection of theoretical systematic bases of forming of the government socio-economic programs of development of recreational-health complex of Ukraine.
