Flerko M. Stimulation of mechanical engineering development as the mechanism of innovative economy formation in the post socialist countries

Object of research - process of formation of innovative economy of the post-socialist countries. An object of research - the conceptual and methodical approaches, practical provisions providing formation of innovative economy of the post-socialist countries by stimulation of development of mechanical engineering. A research objective is justification of theoretical-methodical approaches and development of the scientific and practical recommendations providing formation of innovative economy of the post-socialist countries by stimulation of development of mechanical engineering. Research methods: system campaign, cluster analysis, PEST analysis, economic analysis, comparative analysis. Scientific novelty of work consists in justification of theoretical-methodical approaches and development of the scientific and practical recommendations providing formation of innovative economy of the post-socialist countries by stimulation of development of mechanical engineering. The methodical campaign to formation of innovative economy for transitional economic systems is for the first time offered. Are improved: the theoretical provisions stating evolutionary regularities and actual tendencies of development of mechanical engineering; a methodical campaign to stimulation of a clustering of regional economic systems; organizational structure of the State leasing fund. Gained further development: synthesis of theoretical-methodical approaches to ensuring economic growth and development; classification of models of economic development of the post-socialist countries; a methodical campaign to implementation of the analysis of dynamics of development and potential of mechanical engineering of Ukraine.
