Kayira I. Forecasting and strategic planning of long-run economic development of small business

The object of research are the processes of economic development of small business. The subject of research are the theoretical concepts and methodical approaches concerning to improvement forecasting and strategic planning of long-term economic development of small business. The purpose of dissertation work is generalization of theoretical positions, enhancement of methodical approaches and science-practical recommendations for improvement forecasting and strategic planning of small business' economic development that will allow increasing its contribution to the national economy. Research methods: structure-logic analysis, statistical analysis, method of expert's estimations, economical-mathematics methods, cross-correlation-regressive models, graphic method. The scientific novelty of research results consists in the ground of theoretic-methodical principles of increase of economic development of small business by the improvement of processes of forecasting and strategic planning of SME development to provide increasing of its contribution to the national economy. Methodical statements are improved to form organizationally-informative mechanism providing the functions of forecasting and strategic planning of SME long-term economic development; methodical approach to ground the definition of entrepreneurship from the point of view of SME's phenomenology, the strategic directions of economic development of small business. Got further development: directions of innovations and education in the strategies of economic development of small business, theoretical approach to determine the essence and the conformities to law of development of process of economic development and role of forecasting function in the economic management, system approach to determination of interrelations of methods and functions of forecasting and strategic planning, methodical approach to ground the priority of the special target programs by the method of expert evaluation.
