Dissertation research is devoted to the analysis of legal regulation of administrative-legal status of a notary public. Carried out a historical analysis of the development of state notary activity in Ukraine. A place and role of the notary public in the notary bodies of Ukraine. The analysis of normative-legal regulation of the activities of a notary public in Ukraine. The concept and structure of the administrative-legal status of a notary public. Outlined the terms of reference of the notary public and the manner of their implementation. Studied and analyzed the state guarantee of implementation of notary activity by a notary public.
