Dissertation is devoted research of theoretical and practical questions of the administrative legal adjusting of advocate activity in Ukraine. The historical legal review of becoming and development of advocate activity is in-process carried out. A concept, task and value of advocate activity, is specified. The normative legal providing of advocate activity is described. Certainly plenary powers and responsibility of advocate as basic constituents him legal status. Principles of realization of advocate activity are found out.
