Kovaliv I. Improvement of pension fund scheme of population

The socio- economic relationships related to the process of public pension providing system improvement under market conditions were researched. Scientifically grounded proposals as to improvement of the national pension system under today's conditions are developed. Theoretical foundations of the essence, formation and development of the pension system in Ukraine are generalized. The necessity of reforming the pension system is grounded. Financial prerequisites of practical implementation of the accumulation system of compulsory state pension insurance are estimated. Scientific and methodological framework for non-state pension funds in the accumulation of costs to pay future pensions and for the economy as domestic investment source is evaluated. It is developed the financial calculation foundations and the formation of pension contributions received from additional income by rural residents for the sold agricultural products as an additional reserve of growth and revenues to the Pension fund by expanding the base of pension contributions charges.
