The object of research - complex mixture of activated highly mobile and wall products of thermal-hardening based on them; goal - optimization of complex mixtures of activated lime-silica binder and fine aggregate, modified additives and fillers for effective wall products of thermal-hardening; methods - standard and special quality evaluation methods of lime-silica mixtures and porous composites based on them; optimal design of experiments for experimental statistical models (ES-models) multi-component composition and properties of porous composites, computational experiments in the fields of rheological properties and performance; results - analyzed the influence of the main components of the binder on the structure and properties of silicate matrix; shown that in the context of complex mixtures activate synergistic effect alkali admixture additives promotes their porization; in isoparametric conditions for Pov=const=40% of the comparative analysis of the structure and properties of porous silicate matrix and composites based on it; proposed mechanism for the formation of structure and properties of silicate matrix and complex activated lime- siliceous mixture into quicklime modified mineral filler in the form of tripoli; introduced - with the release of building blocks low cost.
