Object of the study is investment processes in coal branch. Objective of study is motivation of the complex estimation to investment attractiveness and development methodical recommendation on organizing-analytical accompaniment of the investment process coal-mining enterprise. Methods of research are scientific analysis and syntheses, processing approach, structured-logical analysis, expert estimation, analysis of the unquantifiable factors, graphic, elements artificial neuron networks, ill-defined logic and clusterizations. Theoretical and practical results: the development theoretical basis complex estimation to investment attractiveness coal-mining enterprise; methodical base on motivation of the management decisions for realization investing in coal-mining enterprises.
