Essay

The thesis is devoted to the usage of electrochemical methods of analysis (amperometric titration and straight potentiometry) at the definition of some nitrogen-content organic food additions. On the base of received data the amperometric titration method of the definition of the quantitative content of urotropine, melamine and tiabendazole in substance has been developed. The received slightly soluble bonds of constant composition with associative nature of connection of organic cations of food additions with GPA were used in the capacity of EAS for flexible membrane ISE, reversible to organic cations of tiabendazole, urotropine, melamine and products of their destruction. The dependence of electrode characteristics developed ISE from various factors (qualitative composition of EAS and membranes, the quantitative content of EAS, рН analysable solution) has been researched. New methods of definition of the quantitative content of defined substances (urotropine, tiabendazole, melamine and a product of its destruction - ammeline) in substance and objects of food products have been developed by methods of amperometric titration and straight potentiometry with using developed ISE which have properties of sensitivity, selectivity, rapidity and exactitude.
