Usyuk T. The institutional basics of development of development of rural entrepreneurship

The research purpose is a ground and improvement of the scientific and theoretical principles and practical recommendations in relation to development of rural enterprise in the conditions of adaptation to institutional changes. Object: the process of development of rural enterprise is in the context of changes in the institutional environment. Research methods: abstract and logical,sociological, statistical and mathematic, matrix, economic and mathematical. Theoretical results: the development of theoretical and methodological positions and practical recommendations in relation to development of rural enterprise in the conditions of adaptation to the institutional changes. Practical results: lighted up in dissertation research are subsoil for the decision of theoretical and practical problems of development of rural enterprise taking into account the influence of institutional determinant. Scientific novelty: the methodical approach support to the estimation of institutional principles of development of rural enterprise, which development and application of algorithm of implementing institutional changes and construction the institutional matrix to determine the conditions of favorable institutional environment as a key factor of realization of enterprise initiative. Degree of implementation: this study used by the Department of Economic Development of the Agricultural Market, the Department of Agricultural Development of Korosten District Commission, LLC "Bondarivske" and "Nyva"; ZNAEU.Effectiveness: This study will contribute to improving the functioning and development of rural business entities, taking into account institutional changes. Sphere of application: central and local executive authorities, local authorities, agricultural universities, rural enterprise formations.
