Yatskivska O. Formation and development of innovative management of agrarian companies

Objective: to substantiate scientific-theoretical and methodical provisions of innovation management and develop practical recommendations for implementation innovation strategy of agrarian companies. Object: management process of innovative activity of agrarian companies. Methods: a systematic approach, sociological, economic-statistical, integral estimates. Theoretical results: complemented economic science with new knowledge of theoretical, methodological and practical foundations of formation and development of innovative management of agrarian companies. Practical results: scientific-theoretical positions and practical recommendations on to increase efficiency of innovative management of agrarian companies have been improved. Scientific novelty: a methodical approach to estimation of the level of innovation activity of agrarian companies, which is based on the calculation of parameters of innovation efficiency, comparison with reference values and unite in a single integrated indicator have been substantiated, and on this basis is worked out a complex of innovation management, which provides for systematization of the main controls depending on the level of innovation activity of enterprises.
