Essay

Aim: scientific explanation of theoretical and methodological standpoints and defining practical recommendations concerning profit formation of meat-processing enterprises. Object: The procedure of profit formation of meat-processing enterprises in Cherkassy oblast. Methods of investigation: abstract and logical, operationalisation of key terms, economical and statistical, econometric, method of cluster analysis, DEA surface study, economic and mathematic modeling, integral estimation. Theoretical results: we created the basis for further enrichment of theoretical and methodological standpoints and practical recommendations concerning the formation of profit of meat-processing enterprises. Practical results: we created recommendations concerning formation of profit of meat-processing enterprises. Scientific novelty: we suggested methodological approach towards forming profit of meat-processing enterprises which is based on counting the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis of this process , and also on creating and providing a systematic interaction of mechanisms managing the productivity of used resources and expenses of manufacturers of meat-processing enterprises. The degree of implementation: Department of agro industrial development of Chercassy oblast state administration, Uman national university of horticulture, farm "Petrosvit", LLC "Krolikoff". Efficiency: the results of investigation help to increase the efficiency of meat-processing enterprises functioning by forming profit. Sphere of usage: central and local bodies of executive power, higher educational establishments, meat-processing enterprises.
