Hanziienko N. Economic behavior of diary processing enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation and development of the theoretical and methodological basis of the economic behavior research of dairy processing enterprises as well as the development of practical advices as for the lines of improvement models of enterprise’s economic behavior in order to provide its competitiveness in the market in the current situation. The work carried out theoretical generalization and highlights the essence of the category of economic behavior of enterprise. It also defined the determinants that influenced the forming of behavior model of enterprise, summarized the characteristics of main aspects of enterprise’s activity and defined classification of models of economic behavior of dairy processing enterprises that enabled to take into consideration the specific peculiarities of dairy processing enterprises and to estimate the consequent of their development of region dairy processing enterprises. The author defined the trends of development of milk and dairy processing industry of Ukraine and Vinnitsa region as well as the peculiarities of development and operation of the region dairy processing enterprises. There was carried out the integrated analysis of dairy processing enterprises’ activity of Vinnitsa region and the economic and mathematic simulation of dynamics of their providing with raw material. There was developed the technical approach of the model’s identification of economic behavior of dairy processing enterprise. There was devised method of efficiency evaluation of model of economic behavior of dairy processing enterprises that enables to more objectively describe the model of economic behavior. There was improved the conception of the model of economic behavior of an enterprise that directed to providing with competitiveness of the enterprise in the market in the long term taking into account the peculiarities of imperfect competition in the domestic market for milk and dairy products.
