Panchenko V. Management technologies of development of the social responsibility engineering companies

The thesis is devoted to generalization of theoretical and conceptual foundations, the development of scientific and methodological regulations from the choice of the management and technology development of engineering companies. It was researched the evolution of scientific approaches, identified the main global trends in this concept and the particular implementation of the socially responsible management to the domestic engineering companies' activities. It was improved the classification features of the management technologies grouping depending on their impact to the enterprises' social responsibility. It was developed the scientific and methodical provisions and foundation the management technology of the socially responsible companies' development what is based on the using the game theory tools and it helps to make management decisions using optimal and critical management technologies for providing the competitiveness enterprises.
