Essay

Developed and investigated the methods to expanding the measurement range of Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensors and sensors based on the Talbot effect by using multifunctional holographic optical elements with a holographic correction of aberration. The method for expanding the measurement range of Shack-Hartmann sensor was proposed. It's based on the use of the dual-focal holographic lenslet arrays and the common hartmanogram processing algorithm in both channels. Showing examples of application of Shack- Hartmann sensor with a holographic lenslet array.
