Grobova A. Features of settlement of labor disputes about worker's renovation on the job

This research focuses on the features of the settlement of labor disputes about worker's renovation on the job. Based on the results of the survey are defined the nature and characteristic features of the concept of "labor dispute about worker's renovation on the job", are found out the main causes that lead to its occurrence, and also is identified a mechanism to regulate the settlement of labor disputes for reinstatement in Ukraine and in the countries Europe. A special attention is paid to determination the order of consideration and resolution of labor disputes of reinstatement, which are related with the termination of the contract either from the side of employer , or the employee or in case of illegal transfer.
