Frydel V. Banks in the leasing market of Ukraine

This research focuses on the theoretical and methodological foundations of leasing as a tool of self-funding and justification of practical recommendations for ways to expand and improve the participation of banks in the leasing market of Ukraine. In the thesis investigates the evolution of the economic substance of the lease as a separate financial instrument. Analyzed the institutional aspects of leasing activity and areas of economic regulation of leasing. Carried economic evaluation of the functioning of the leasing market in Ukraine. Disclose the organizational and economic forms of participation of banks in the leasing market and how activation leasing mechanism in the domestic banking sector. Designed by the mechanism of increase energy efficiency capital assets by using leasing involving bank capital. Showed the technique of using credit scoring in the leasing business and developed a scorecard assessing the creditworthiness of lessees, which is adapted to the specifics of the leasing business. Revealed how to use leverage leasing and lend-lease in domestic practice involving banks.
