Thesis deals with actual scientific tasks in the formation mechanism of management of investment resources for small and medium businesses. The evolution of the essence of "investment funds" in terms of the functioning of small and medium enterprises. The conceptual approach to the procedure for determining and monitoring investment performance, provision of two centers: the formation of the investment resources and the implementation of investment plans. The mechanism of management of investment resources of small and medium-sized businesses, which is a set of principles, methods, tools, stages of development and implementation of management decisions. Systematized financial and economic incentives, organizational and legal levers of encouraging investment in small and medium-sized businesses are grouped reserves own investment resources for small businesses funding levels to form a strategic priority areas for investment. A model of investment management of small and medium-sized businesses on the basis of the stochastic system functional links participants in the investment process. A method for determining the discounted operating cash flows from the investment project based on the cash flows of the investment chain participants, the additional effect of the investor and minimize the discount rate. The scientific-methodical approach to optimize investment resources of small and medium-sized businesses. Improved tools for assessing the effectiveness of management of investment resources, based on a set of indicators to achieve the strategic and operational objectives of enterprises in the direction of investment resources and the implementation of investment plans.
