Gerasymenko V. Statistic provision of entrepreneurial activity management

The aim of the thesis is to develop a system of information-analytical support of business administration and methods of its implementation in practice. The object of study are the principles and methods of organizing the management of business activities of holding companies as economic systems. The subject of research is a scientific and methodological basis for the formation of statistical software business. Research methods: a dialectical methods of scientific knowledge, comparison, analysis and synthesis, research of abstraction, grouping, analysis of time series, index and regression analysis, balance sheet liability method. Scientific novelty of the results obtained. The thesis is developed and proved the principles and methods of creation and introduction on the SPD statistical management, the use of which determines the basic directions of perfection of management aimed at increasing business efficiency. For the first time: foundations application of the methodology of statistical research in the management of business activity that allows monitoring to identify the causes and the places of occurrence of negative deviations of actual levels of performance of planned, to evaluate the degree of their influence on an end result of activity SPD; defined theoretical framework and the structure of the system of statistical indicators of business administration, the use of which allows to develop measures that are required by the current activities of the SPD to ensure the achievement of performance targets. Improved: directions the application of statistical methods in the development of administrative decisions in the introduction of statistical management software, which increases the reliability of achieving planned results of business activities; a set of rules, techniques and methods of statistical research management business activity with the purpose of evaluating the contribution of individual components of the SPD in the formation of the final result of its activities. Received further development: theoretical approaches to the formation of statistical information required for the development of managerial decisions, which, in contrast to information, provide a standard accounting system, requires estimates of the role of individual management elements ensuring effective activity of the SPD; the methodological basis of evaluation methods variations in the management, which allows to determine the moment of violation of the planned rhythm of entrepreneurial activity factors and persons who caused the violations, with a view to remedy the situation. The results of researches are introduced into the activity: open company "ARMKO" (no. 36/2 from 30.08.2013 year) and the company "Pathnames" (certificate № 88/3 from 17.09.2013 year), and also in the educational process of the National Academy of statistics, accounting and audit (certificate № 1099/1 from 15.11.2013 year).
