Tsarenko S. Administrative-legal regulation and provision of the border regime by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the research of administrative and legal regulation and provision of the border regime in Ukraine, the role of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in this process. The border regime has been described as the object of administrative and legal regulation. The role and importance of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine as the subject of administrative and legal regulation the border regime have been researched. The concepts and structure of the mechanisms of the administrative and legal provisions of the border regime by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine have been defined. The border regime procedures have been analyzed in details.
