Kuzmіn D. Administrative-legal providing of the automobile passengers transportation safety

Dissertation is devoted to complex research of the administrative-legal provision of the safety of automobile passenger's transportation. The concept and essence of the safety of automobile passenger's transportation provision were defined. An author analyzed the current state of the safety provision of automobile passenger's transportation in Ukraine and a number of factors that affect the condition of safety provision of automobile passenger's transportation were defined too. The problems of the legal regulation of the status of the subjects of the safety provision of passenger's transportation were exposed and certain proposals as for putting in order their functions and competence were formulated.
