Tkachova T. The organizational framework of proceedings for citizens in the Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the consideration of theoretical and applied problems of administrative law principles right to appeal to the internal affairs of Ukraine. Rendered Basic Law refers to the right of universal human rights and citizens to participate in the administrative process. In this paper, the author proposes a definition of appeals to the police, the proposed classification of complaints, analyzes the rights and responsibilities of citizens and the form of appeals, the problems of legal regulation of relations arising in appeals to the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, in particular, establishment legislation of Ukraine on appeals, methodological issues of this regulation, the general order of citizens of their right to appeal and the procedure for dealing with citizens in the internal affairs established by the laws of appeals, the questions of institutional control and supervision of the appeals to the bodies Interior of Ukraine.
