Koval V. Instruments of investment activity of agricultural enterprises and their effectiveness

The theoretical substantiation and recommendations of increasing of effectiveness of using of instruments of investment activity of agricultural enterprises are done in this research. The definition of concept of "investment instruments" as a system of financial, organizational, technical and administrative measures, that are used for attraction of all possible financial and economic resources created by the market, for the purpose of developing of operating activity of the enterprise, designed to implement its investment strategy, selecting non-financial instruments among them, is proposed. Methodical approaches to assessment of the investment activity of agricultural enterprises and the system of its management by the development of the portfolio of investment tasks as a collection of specific strategic and tactical actions of the enterprise for attracting and using of investments are elaborated. The directions of using of the promissory note loans as the instrument of the investment activity for providing agricultural enterprises by working capital and the ways of improvement of the system of letter of credit form of calculation during the purchasing of machinery, plant protectants, circulating assets and other goods for agricultural enterprises through using of letters of credit with postponement payment are proposed.
