Balitska O. Relationships in the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation as an object of philosophical and legal research

The dissertation is the first in the Soviet legal science attempt to philosophical and legal understanding of relationships in the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation. Based on the study singled out the principles of legal socialization as a prerequisite for improving relations in the sphere of protection of honor, dignity and business reputation. The model law explications of philosophical theory in relationship with those not governed by principles that are derived from positive law, and those who are "outside" the scope of the legally established and are expressed in real conscious human behavior conduct business relationships.
