Essay

Object of study: technology for producing potassium carbonate salts. Objective: Development of physico-chemical bases of technology potassium carbonate salts of potassium chloride, diethylamine and carbon dioxide with the definition of parameters of technological processes to ensure a high yield of high quality competitive product. Methods: an experimental method for determining the equilibrium liquid phases in multicomponent aqueous salt systems; modified method for determining the equilibrium residual solid phase; refractometric method of establishing equilibrium; methods of geometrical and topological construction systems "structure-property". Theoretical and practical results: are to develop competitive technologies of high potassium carbonate salts KCl (C2H5)2NH and carbon dioxide. Scientific novelty: for the first time experimentally established phenomenon of salting and crystallization due to chemical reactions and determine the kinetic patterns of regeneration (C2H5)2NH distilling solutions of CaCl2. Implementation: in the learning process of the Department of Chemical Technology of Inorganic Compounds, catalysis and environmental NTU "KhPI". Scopeofapplication: chemicalindustry.
