Essay

In this work the author made a research and developed information models of institutional factors' influence on the safety of potentially unsafe objects and possible mistakes related to personnel. On their basis the author developed a technology of monitoring and undertaking countering actions to emergency situations and elaborated recommendations related to safety management and state safety control based on computer technologies. A model of emergency situation process monitoring that allows for application of existing data bases and data processing on all management levels has been elaborated. The author also elaborated a general scheme of data processing and decision making system applicable under emergency situations using computer technologies and estimated probability of its failure using the probability analysis methodology.
