Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to improving the tactics of treatment of elderly and senile patients with erosive and ulcerative lesions of the stomach associated with Helicobacteriosis and concomitant osteoarthritis. It was established that the temperature readings of the gastric mucosa reflect the state of its microcirculation, which is one of the risk factors of occurrence of gastric mucosa defects. Sequential Helicobacter pylori therapy is accompanied by a decrease in the intensity of dyspeptic complaints, pain syndrome, and also results in reduction of terms of healing of gastric mucosa defects and in reduction of the frequency of side effects manifestation. The expediency of inclusion of Pentoxifylline, Bifi-form and cod-liver oil in the comprehensive treatment of patients with erosive and ulcerative lesions of the stomach and concomitant osteoarthritis was proved.
